White Hot Chocholate (Stove Top or Slow Cooker)
HOW TO MAKE SLOW COOKER HOT CHOCOLATE:
Combine milk, heavy cream, white chocolate, and vanilla in the crock pot.
Cover and cook on HIGH for 1 1/2 to 2 hours or on LOW for 3 to 3 1/2 hours or until chocolate is melted and the mixture is hot. Stir every 30 minutes.
Serve immediately or decrease to KEEP WARM setting.
Ingredients;
4 cups whole milk
2 cups heavy cream
12 ounces high-quality white chocolate bars, chopped (or white chocolate chips)
1 teaspoon vanilla
Instructions;
In a saucepan over medium-low heat, combine milk, heavy cream, white chocolate, and vanilla.
Bring to simmer, stirring regularly, for about 10 to 15 minutes or until chocolate is melted and the mixture is hot (NOT boiling).
Ladle into cups and top with whipped cream and sprinkles as desired. Serve immediately.
